1. How do we ensure reviews are genuine?

We believe in transparency. To ensure that only real experiences are shared, we use both technical and manual measures to verify that reviews come from customers who have actually purchased the product from us.

• Verified Purchases: If you submit a review via the direct link in the email invitation we send after your purchase, it is automatically tagged as a “Verified Purchase.”
• Manual Checks: For reviews submitted organically on our site, we perform spot checks against our customer database. If a purchase cannot be verified, the review will not be published or will be removed.

2. Do we publish both positive and negative reviews?

Absolutely. We publish all authentic reviews, whether they are 1 star or 5 stars. Every body is unique, and we value constructive criticism just as much as praise. We never manipulate average ratings, and we never purchase “fake” positive reviews.

3. An important exception: The Health Claims Regulation

As our SBN products are premium food supplements and not medicinal drugs, we operate under strict legal frameworks. By law, we are not permitted to make medical healing claims—and we are also prohibited from publishing such claims through customer reviews on our website.

What this means for you: If an enthusiastic customer writes, “Product XY cured my chronic condition,” we are genuinely thrilled for them. However, for legal reasons, we cannot publish the review as is. In such cases, we may need to redact specific medical terms or keep the review private to remain compliant. Please understand that we never filter by “good” or “bad”—only by what is legally permissible.

4. No paid reviews

The opinions on our site are real. We do not pay anyone to write positive reviews, nor do we offer discounts or free products in exchange for changing or deleting critical feedback.
