Order Conditions

Orders can be placed by anyone who is at least 18 years old and not under legal guardianship. By placing an order, you confirm that you meet these requirements.

Delivery Times

All orders are processed and shipped within one to two business days. For example, if you place your order by 4:00 PM on Monday, we will ensure it is dispatched by 6:00 PM on Tuesday—provided the items are in stock. Should there be any unexpected delays, we will notify you immediately.

Orders outside of Switzerland (within Europe) take a little longer, depending on your exact location. It can take up to 7 business days for your package to arrive.

Shipping Costs

Switzerland & Liechtenstein

For orders with a total value of less than CHF 59.65, we charge a flat-rate delivery fee of CHF 9.50. Orders with a total value of CHF 59.70 or more are delivered free of charge.

Germany & Austria

For orders with a total value of less than EUR 59.69, we charge a flat rate of EUR 6.50. Orders with a total value of EUR 59.70 or more are delivered free of charge.

Payment Methods

You can easily and securely pay for your order via TWINT, PostFinance (Switzerland), Credit Card, PayPal, or Advance Payment.

Shipping, Tracking & Insurance

We ship all our orders via Swiss Post. As soon as your package is on its way, you will receive an email with a tracking link, allowing you to follow its journey to your doorstep at any time. For your peace of mind, all shipments are automatically insured by Swiss Post.
