Anyone who is at least 18 years old and not under guardianship can place an order with us. By placing an order, you confirm that you meet the above conditions.
Delivery dates
All orders are processed and shipped within one to two working days. So, for example, if you complete your order by 2 p.m. on Monday, your order will be shipped on the same working day. Depending on where you live, you will receive the products within 1 to 5 working days. This is subject to the goods you have ordered being in stock. If there are any delays, we will notify you immediately.
Shipping costs
Europe
For orders with a purchase value of less than EUR 58.99, we charge a flat rate of EUR 9.50. Orders with a purchase value of EUR 59.00 or more are shipped free of charge.
Payment methods
You can pay for your order by credit or debit card, PayPal or prepayment.
Shipping, parcel tracking & insurance
We ship all orders with DHL & GLS. Once your order is on its way, we will send you an email with a link to track your parcel. This means you can always see where your delivery is.
